Using Business Software

This site helps businesses research, compare and narrow down software options. You may use the site for legitimate business purchasing and evaluation purposes. You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with availability, scrape restricted information or use the platform unlawfully.

Recommendations are a starting point

Guided recommendations are based on the information you provide and the product data available on this site at the time. They are intended to help you compare suitable options. They do not replace a technical, licensing, security or legal assessment where your environment requires one.

If your requirements are unusual, regulated or technically complex, we may ask additional questions before confirming a product or implementation approach.

Prices, availability and quotations

A website recommendation, shortlist, indicative price or purchase request is not a binding quotation or accepted order unless we expressly confirm it as such. Final pricing, licence quantities, billing term, taxes, currency, availability, implementation scope and any once-off charges must be confirmed before an order is accepted. Review the user count, billing term and total in Cloudfusion checkout before making a payment.

We show prices excluding VAT alongside equally prominent totals including South African VAT. The VAT amount is shown separately. Qualifying overseas orders are charged at 0% South African VAT once the conditions for zero-rating and the required supporting information have been confirmed. An overseas billing address or payment in USD does not by itself establish eligibility. We confirm applicable taxes and the final amount before you approve an order.

Published website prices are billed in South African rand (ZAR), not US dollars. If you are outside South Africa, contact us to confirm whether a plan can be supplied in your country and what currency and taxes apply before ordering. Browsing the website does not guarantee availability in your country.

Subscriptions, renewals and cancellation

Many software products are subscriptions. The confirmed order will state the relevant billing cycle and, where applicable, renewal or minimum-term conditions. Publisher or distributor rules may limit cancellation, reductions or refunds after a licence has been provisioned or a committed term has begun.

These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law.

Third-party software and licence terms

Software sold or arranged through this site is provided by third-party publishers and may be fulfilled through authorised distribution or service-provider channels. Publisher end-user licence terms, acceptable-use rules, service limits and support policies may apply in addition to the commercial terms agreed withCloudfusion (Pty) Ltd.

We do not own or control third-party software platforms and cannot promise that a publisher will never change features, packaging, prices or availability.

Account and information accuracy

Where you provide company, user-count, existing software, migration or contact information, you are responsible for giving information that is reasonably accurate. Incorrect information can change pricing, licensing suitability or implementation scope.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep this site accurate and available, but temporary interruptions, upstream service changes and ordinary maintenance can occur. To the extent allowed by law, Cloudfusion (Pty) Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of the public recommendation tools or from information supplied by third-party publishers.

Nothing in these terms limits liability or customer rights where South African law does not permit that limitation.

These website terms are governed by South African law. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
