Compare the complete cost, using the same billing period
A monthly subscription and an annual subscription paid upfront are different commitments. Use the live buying guides to compare the same number of users over the same period. Read the cancellation and renewal terms as well as the amount.
Plan names are not equivalents. Google Workspace Business Standard and Microsoft 365 Business Standard have different apps, storage arrangements and controls. A cheaper licence can become a more expensive choice if the business must keep another subscription to complete its normal work.
Include any separately agreed migration, domain work, device setup, training and ongoing support. Check existing licences before buying replacements. The Cloudfusion licence prices are shown in rand excluding VAT; review the applicable tax and final total before paying.
Already subscribed? Check the account before placing a replacement order
A change of reseller is different from changing the platform or moving data between business accounts. Start with the current edition, number of licences, billing term, renewal date and administrator access. We confirm the available route before recommending a new purchase.
Keep the existing service active until the change and its checks are agreed. Creating another Microsoft or Google business environment can leave old mail and files in the original one. Buying a licence alone does not join those environments together.
Agree the work around the subscription
For a new setup, decide who will connect the domain, create accounts, assign licences and configure sign-in protection. For a move, also agree what happens to old email, calendars, contacts, shared files and shared addresses. Data that exists only on a computer needs its own check.
Test a representative working day before moving the whole team. Include the files, devices, meetings, external sharing and business applications people actually use. Agree who checks the result and who helps staff after the changeover.
- Licence purchase: the selected subscription, user quantity and billing commitment.
- Implementation: the agreed setup or migration, with its own scope and price.
- Ongoing support: the agreed responsibilities for accounts, devices, alerts and staff assistance.
Check security and AI requirements separately
Buying a suite does not decide who can access a shared file, whether a device is managed or who responds to a security alert. Choose the required controls and assign an owner for configuration and ongoing administration.
For AI tools, check the exact feature, edition, add-on requirements and administrator permissions. A product name that mentions AI does not mean every assistant can access every business account. Test one useful task and review what information the connection can use before extending it.
Choose your next step
If you know the suite and edition you need for a new purchase, open its pricing guide, select the plan and review billing before checkout. If you already have a subscription, need to move data or are unsure which licences apply, ask us to check the setup first.
